When people ask me what type of photographer I am, it's hard to answer. With a lot of experimentation in my early photographic period, I then spent many years doing what I called situational photography. I don't like to use the term travel photography as I simply took inspiration from my surrounds, whether an Amazonian village or a Champagne house in France. I find beauty in many things when I travel, and much of it is not Instagram fodder. From skateboarding and dancing in Paris, to the natural world and portraiture in Peru - I have a huge catalogue of work from those travelling times. Now I am more interested in authentic portraiture - capturing people in their world, I hope you enjoy the range of photos included here.
